Service Description

Join me mid morning on December 20th, as we mark the return of the light and honour the darkest night of the year. We will spend the day exploring the Celtic traditions surrounding Yule which will include a Celtic inspired lunch and workshop, spending time tuning in to our bodies and our breath, and casting intentions through a fire ritual. Our day will end with a Restorative Yoga practice surrounded by candlelight and nature.
