Nourish Body + Soul: Working as your Assistant Director of these day retreats (alongside retreat director Lisa Diem) you will receive an abundance of self love + wellness through yoga, meditation, forest bathing, workshops and a fully catered vegan lunch by me. You will leave from your day on the shores of Pigeon Lake, feeling completely nourished + restored.
