Unwind through a gentle morning yoga practice, unplug from the hustle, nourish yourself in the sea waters, and enjoy many extras such as evening restorative  yoga, a Mediterranean diet and Reiki. You will experience a daily menu of beautifully curated excursions, and dive into the Maltese cultural experience.

 

Whether you grab your closest girlfriends, your mum, sister or aunt... Or heck, make it a solo adventure! Your week by the sea awaits....


A time to connect with other like-minded Women who are on a journey (or ready to start one) to find themselves again: After years of marriage, raising children, focusing on a career, being a primary caregiver to another family member... Whatever your reasons may be, I'll be curating a beautiful week for YOU.

Your week in the Mediterranean for only $969CAD* (includes tax)

Your week includes: 7 nights accommodation at a private villa*, daily breakfast and dinners (except 1 dinner), yoga and other movement classes, islands cruise, private tour of an ancient temple and museum, private vineyard tour and tasting, round trip transfer to/from airport on the 16th and 23rd of May, as well as a variety of workshops with the potential for other experiences.
